Frequently Asked Questions
MOQ, lead times, samples, fire certification and how European delivery works.
Everything here is answered in plain terms. If your question is not listed, ask us directly and we will reply within one working day.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Zhangjiagang Feiteng New Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and runs 15 production lines — four cleaning, four coating, five composite, one slitting and one film lamination line — producing 30,000 m² of metal composite panel and 200 tonnes of coated coil per day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on thickness, coating and colour. Standard colours held in the Netherlands warehouse can be supplied from a single pallet; custom colours, non-standard widths and special finishes are quoted against a production run. Tell us the specification and we will state the exact MOQ in the quote.
What is the lead time?
For stock items drawn from the EU warehouse, delivery to most European destinations is expected in up to a week. For container orders from China, lead time depends on the production slot plus transit — we confirm both at quotation so you can plan the installation date.
Do you ship from Europe?
Yes. Feiteng Composites (Europe) B.V. in Venray, the Netherlands holds around 1,000 pallets covering the full product range. You can order a full container from China at mill pricing or draw smaller quantities from European stock.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We send sample swatches and small cut panels so you can check colour, coating and stiffness before committing. Ask for the current colour chart along with the samples.
What fire ratings do you offer?
A2-s1,d0 and B-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1, with country-specific reports for Germany, France, the UK, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Russia, Australia and the United States (ASTM E-84 Class A and NFPA 285). Certificates are issued per production batch and matched to your shipment.
Can you match a specific colour?
We match to RAL, NCS, Pantone references or to a physical sample. Metallic, wood grain, stone and anodised-look finishes are matched by eye under controlled lighting because instrument readings alone are not reliable on effect coatings.
What panel sizes are available?
Standard widths run from 1,000 to 2,000 mm in lengths of 2,440, 3,050 and 4,050 mm, with thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm depending on grade. Non-standard sizes are cut to order.
How long does the coating last?
It depends on the resin and the exposure. PVDF and FEVE coatings carry the longest exterior life, HDP sits in the middle and standard polyester is intended for interior or short-term use. We will tell you honestly which one your application needs.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and depend on volume, destination and whether the order ships from Europe or China. Standard arrangements and documentary credit are both available — confirm with your enquiry.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes. Fire test reports, coating data, mechanical properties and batch certificates are supplied with the shipment, and we can send them in advance so your consultant can review them before you order.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Private label and OEM supply is available, including custom protective film printing, packing marks and documentation under your brand. Minimum quantities apply.
Can you help with facade specification?
Yes. Our team models panels in REVIT and can supply panel families, fixing details, fabrication drawings and BIM support, as well as 3D laser scanning and site survey where the project needs it.
How are panels packed for export?
Panels are stacked with protective film on the face, separated and edge-protected, then packed in export-grade wooden crates on fumigated pallets suited to container transport.
