FEITENG LYRA series signage ACM bonds two smooth aluminium skins to a solid polyethylene core. It is specified by skin thickness rather than by marketing name, so you can buy the gauge the job actually needs: ECO (below 0.20 mm), LITE (0.20 mm), PLUS (0.25 mm) and PREMIUM (0.30 mm).

Road traffic signs
LYRA Trac is our series for permanent road traffic signs. It combines low weight with high strength and flatness, and meets EN 12899-1 — the standard that governs fixed vertical road signs in Europe. The polyester face coating is available in white, grey and retroreflective compatible shades.
Sheet formats
Standard widths of 1,000 / 1,250 / 1,500 / 1,575 / 1,750 and 2,000 mm, in lengths of 2,440 / 3,050 and 4,050 mm. Anything outside that list is cut to your size before dispatch — you do not pay for offcuts you cannot use.
Printing and digital grades
For direct digital printing we supply a coated face tuned for UV-curable and latex inks, with controlled surface energy so ink adhesion does not vary between batches. Ask for the digital printing grade if the panel goes straight from the printer to outdoors.
