Building Grade Aluminium Composite Panels for Facades

Rainscreen cladding panels, coated on our own lines and cut to the cassette size your installer needs.

Home/Products/Building Grade ACP

Building grade ACP is the panel that carries the look of a building. FEITENG coats, composites and slits it on the same site, which means the coating weight, peel strength and colour match are controlled by us rather than by a subcontractor.

Coating systems

Choosing a coating
CoatingResinTypical warrantyBest for
PVDFFluoropolymer, 70% resin15–20 yearsExterior facades exposed to strong UV and coastal air
FEVEFluoroethylene vinyl ether15–20 yearsMetallic and high-gloss finishes that must stay bright
HDPHigh durability polyester10 yearsMid-rise cladding where budget is tight
PolyesterStandard PE5–8 yearsInterior walls, shopfronts, short-life fit-outs

For a facade that has to look the same in year ten as it did on handover, PVDF is the safe specification. We will say so if a cheaper coating is genuinely adequate for the exposure.

Fabrication

Panels are supplied flat, or routed and folded into cassettes ready to hang. Cutting, slotting, drilling, levelling and laminating are done in-house, so dimensional tolerances stay within the drawing rather than drifting across workshops.

Working on a project above the height threshold for combustible cladding? Use the A2 fire rated panel instead — the classification, not the colour range, is what will decide the approval.
